Descendants of Lars Fredrik Åsenlund and Karin Ersdotter

The Åsenlund family lives in both Sweden and in the United States. My grandfather, Gustav Åsenlund was born in Ockelbo, Sweden, in 1878. He left home and became a sailor. Gustav changed his name from Åsenlund to Oslund when he emmigrated to the United States about 1905. He finally settled in Washington, Pennsylvania. His descendants live in Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Other members of Åsenlund family live throughout Sweden. Gustav Åsenlund used the name Gust Oslund in the United States.
